“We felt much better equipped to help our students after working with Dr Donoghue” Sixth form college, Bristol

She has over 25 years’ experience of working with children, young people and parents within an NHS-based Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). “We contacted Kate about one of our students who was really struggling with anxiety and panic symptoms. The consultation enabled us as a school to have a more helpful understanding of the student’s difficulties and to ultimately support her in gradually building up her attendance. Eventually, she was able to fully engage in school life and to sit all of her GCSE exams, something that we would never imagined would have been possible” - Secondary School, Bath
Kate also provides group and individual CBT supervision to CAMHS mental health professionals and accredited and trainee CBT therapists. For almost 10 years, she taught and provided supervision on the University of Reading CBT Diploma Course.
